Within the UK
Nearly all orders are sent by Royal Mail, normally by 48hour second class tracked post within two days of the order. Larger orders will be assessed individually for the best option.
Outside the UK
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Airmail. We deliver to most countries, but there are exceptions. We will inform you if we are unable to deliver, and provide you with a refund.
Money back Guarantee
All goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery without reason, at your cost, providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in. Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days after receiving your products without giving a reason providing the material is returned to us in perfect condition. The 7 working day cancellation period begins the day after receipt of the goods. You will however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
We reserve the right to assess whether goods returned are in the same, perfect condition they were sold and delivered in. We will refund the cost of the goods, not including any postage charges, through Paypal.
